Fitch appoints Peter Shaw head of Latin America

Fitch Ratings has announced the appointment of Peter Shaw (photo), managing director, as head of Latin America. Most recently, Shaw was the regional credit officer for Latin America, a position he assumed in December 2010. He previously managed Fitch's Latin American Financial Institutions group.
