Chilean AFPs pull money from global equities, ending three-month streak

Allocations into high-yield and money market offset the equity pullout. Total AUMs invested in cross-border funds and ETFs came to USD 58 billion, down from USD 62 billion a year earlier.

Toesca AGF relaunches with team of ex-BTG execs

The independent Chilean firm was spun off by Moneda Asset Mgt. and purchased by ex BTG executive Alejandro Reyes. Since then, it's been populated by a slew of BTG analysts and managers, including lead portfolio manager Rodrigo Rojas.

AFPs put hold on new investment in private-equity funds
